Coordinate day-to-day mall operations and ensure smooth functioning of activities.
Maintain effective relationships with mall tenants, retailers and store managers.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Marketing.
Handle retailer queries, operational concerns and follow-ups.
Support customer loyalty programmes, membership registrations and promotional activities.
Assist in planning and executing mall events, campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate complaint resolution.
Maintain operational records, reports and documentation.
Monitor service standards and ensure a positive customer and retailer experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
