Position: Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities
Making outbound calls and answering inbound calls.
Explaining the company’s products/services to the prospects.
Follow-up with existing customers and prospects.
Answering customers’ queries and providing accurate information.
Managing customers’ information, call information, and daily report.
Creating leads and achieving assigned targets.
Maintaining positive relations with the customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Coordination with the sales and customer support team.

Qualifications
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer skills and data entry.




Customer management and problem-solving skill.
Basic MS Excel and CRM software knowledge.
Professional call handling ability.
Patience, confidence, and positive attitude.

Salary & Qualification
Education Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduation (as per company requirement)
Salary: Varies according to company, location and experience
Experience: Fresher and Experienced can apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
