We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
Monitor sales KPIs, including ATV, UPT, ABV and conversion rate.
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team effectively.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock availability, inventory control and replenishment.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Ensure billing accuracy, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming,



punctuality and discipline.
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.

Requirements
Minimum qualification is Plus Two / Degree.
2–3 years of experience in menswear or fashion retail
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory and billing operations.
Positive decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
