Educational Qualification: ITI Machinist, ITI-Turner, 1–3 years of experience in CNC Lathe machine operation preferred. Knowledge of FANUC, Siemens, or other CNC controllers is an advantage.

Required Skills:
Practical knowledge of CNC Lathe machine operation.
Understanding of turning, facing, boring, threading, and grooving operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC program execution.
Knowledge of quality inspection, rejection control, and production reporting

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC Lathe machines for turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, drilling, and other machining operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, component drawings, and job specifications.
Perform component loading, unloading, clamping, and setting as per job requirements.
Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and jaws.




Set tool offsets, work offsets, and machining parameters as per approved procedures.
Understand basic G-code and M-code commands and make authorized program corrections when required.
Inspect finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Perform first-piece inspection and in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Monitor tool wear, surface finish, dimensional variation, and machining defects.
Follow safety procedures while operating machines and handling components and cutting tools.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, fixtures, measuring instruments, and finished components.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
