We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads while maintaining a professional and polite communication style.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services clearly and answer customer queries
Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Handle customer concerns professionally and politely
Coordinate with the office team for follow-ups and documentation

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred




Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software is a plus)
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers can apply)
Confident, polite, and target-oriented attitude
