We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and qualified individual for the position of Executive – Marketing & Sales & Executive Assistant to the Director. The role involves managing office-based marketing and sales activities, coordinating with clients, handling business inquiries, preparing reports, and providing administrative and executive support to the Director.

This is strictly an office-based role. No field sales, outdoor marketing, or door-to-door sales activities are involved.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Coordination
Handle incoming business inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain qualified client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to track leads and business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other marketing-related documents.
Maintain lead databases, client records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.




Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis using online resources.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Executive Assistant to the Director
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Coordinate meetings with clients, business associates, and internal teams.
Draft emails, official communications, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and management-related information.
Follow up on tasks assigned by the Director and ensure timely completion.
Assist in daily administrative operations, business planning, and management coordination.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain skilled confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
