Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
Solid knowledge of architectural planning, building regulations, and construction standards.
Experience in residential and luxury real estate projects will be preferred.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Should be well acquainted with bye-laws and high-rise building planning
