Cakewala is a well-loved egg and eggless bakery and confectionery brand in Bengaluru, part of Bhatta's Foods Pvt Ltd. We operate multiple retail outlets supported by a central kitchen, and we are growing. We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to keep our production equipment and utilities running safely and reliably.

ROLE SUMMARY

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance across our central kitchen and support our outlets. You will manage a small team of technicians, reduce equipment downtime, and make sure our facilities meet food safety and statutory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of bakery equipment: ovens, mixers, sheeters, proofers, display chillers, cold rooms, freezers and packaging machines
Maintain electrical, DG set, water, compressor and other utility systems




Prepare and follow maintenance schedules, checklists and equipment history logs
Track breakdowns and downtime, find root causes and put corrective actions in place
Supervise, assign work to and guide maintenance technicians
Coordinate with the central kitchen team and outlet managers for quick resolution of equipment issues
Ensure compliance with food safety (FSSAI), electrical and fire safety requirements and keep records audit-ready
Manage spares inventory, and coordinate with vendors and AMC providers
Control maintenance costs and raise purchase requests for spares and repairs
Follow safety procedures and promote protected working habits in the team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
