We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, ensuring productive employee lifecycle management, timely recruitment, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations, HRMS, attendance, leave, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Implement HR policies and maintain employee records and documentation.
Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer release.
Partner with business heads and hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements.
Prepare HR MIS reports and leverage AI tools to improve HR processes and recruitment efficiency.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.




MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Solid knowledge of HRMS, employee lifecycle management, and end-to-end recruitment.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
