Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, build robust relationships, and ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
Maintain accurate client records and update client information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements.

Requirements




Good English communication skills are required.
Robust client-handling and follow-up skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, travel, or client handling will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
