Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
Approach corporate clients for commercial interior and office projects.
Conduct client visits and face-to-face meetings.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams.
Maintain client records and achieve monthly targets.
Assist the Managing Director with business development activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel across Chennai and surrounding areas.
