Technical Support Executive – Fresher

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers and resolve software-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic software/technical issues.
Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain proper records of customer issues and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Prepare basic reports and technical documentation.

Requirements:
Graduate in BCA / B.Sc. IT / BA or related field.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and software troubleshooting.
Valuable customer-handling and active listening skills.
