Position: Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain company products and services to clients.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Follow up with existing leads and maintain call records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory).
Experience: 2–4 years in Telecalling / Tele-Sales preferred.
Languages: Hindi, English, Bengali, Nepali (Any 2–3 languages are mandatory).
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Must have experience in outbound sales.
Comfortable working from the office (WFO).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).

Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience).
Attractive incentives on sales conversions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
