Job Details:-
Position: Purchase Trainee
Location: Sarigam, Bhilad(Gujrat)
Stipend: 15,000/- per month
Duration: 12 months trainee period
Absorption: Based on performance, candidates may be absorbed into the company after successful completion of the trainee period
Qualification: B.Com Graduate

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Purchase Department in day-to-day procurement activities.
Prepare and maintain purchase-related records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely procurement.
Maintain and update purchase data in MS Excel.
Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Support the team in maintaining accurate and updated procurement records.
Perform data analysis and prepare MIS reports as required.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of purchase documents.

Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.




Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement processes will be preferred.

Candidate Profile
B.Com Graduate from a recognized university.
Fresher(Trainee)
Candidates with strong Excel skills and exposure to SAP/ERP will be preferred.
Candidates residing in or around Sarigam(Bhilad Railway), Gujarat will be preferred.
Should be proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
