Position: Branch Manager(Gold / Forex)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily branch operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
Drive sales and achieve branch targets.
Handle customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Monitor branch performance, transactions, and compliance.
Develop current business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Requirements:
Mandatory experience in the Gold or Forex industry.
Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of branch operations and customer handling.
Target-oriented and capable of managing a team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
