Job Description – Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Coordinate with Revenue Management, Front Office, F&B;, and other departments to maximize business.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Represent the hotel at sales meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and client visits.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration,



or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Robust knowledge of corporate sales, MICE, and hospitality business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Target-oriented with strong client relationship and revenue management skills.
