Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors/plants for production, artwork, packing material, rates, and delivery updates.
Prepare, manage, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and related records.
Follow up for order confirmations, production status, pending artwork, and timely delivery.
Maintain Product Status, Product Update, PO, Payment, FMS & Delivery sheets.
Coordinate for invoices, Challans, COA reports, product photographs, and samples.
Handle vendor/plant communication through email, WhatsApp & calls and maintain proper documentation.
Negotiate rates for new orders and ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Coordination, or a similar role.
Good communication,



follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
