Accounts Receivable Executive / Accountant Job Summary Responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process across resort properties — ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and reconciliation of guest, corporate, and OTA/travel-agent accounts while maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables from corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and event/banquet bookings Maintain customer-wise ledgers and ensure timely posting of receipts against invoices & Invoice Wise Reconcile. Prepare and circulate periodic debtors ageing reports, highlighting overdue accounts to management Reconcile OTA (Online Travel Agency)



statements and commission deductions against bookings and PMS records Coordinate with Front Office/Reservations for billing discrepancies, disputed charges, and credit approvals Process customer refunds, credit notes, and adjustments with proper authorization Follow up on bounced cheques/failed payments and coordinate recovery Ensure GST compliance on invoices raised and reconcile with GSTR filings Assist in month-end closing — accrued income, provisions for doubtful debts, and AR-related schedules Support internal/statutory audits with documentation and balance confirmations

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
