Experience: 0–3 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Billing Executive to manage billing operations at our supermarket outlet. The candidate will handle cash and digital payments, generate accurate invoices, assist customers, and maintain proper transaction records.Key Responsibilities
Process customer purchases accurately using billing/POS software.
Scan products and verify prices, discounts, offers, and quantities.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payments.
Issue invoices, receipts, refunds, and exchange bills as per company policy.
Maintain accurate cash-counter records and daily sales reports.
Perform cash counting and reconcile the billing counter at the end of each shift.
Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide polite service.
Coordinate with floor staff and supervisors regarding pricing and product issues.
Ensure proper handling and security of cash and payment receipts.




Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter.
Report billing discrepancies, damaged products, or technical issues promptly.
Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
12th pass or graduate; additional computer training will be an advantage.
0–3 years of experience in billing, cashiering, retail, supermarket, or customer service.
Basic knowledge of computers and POS billing software.
Valuable calculation and communication skills.
Honest, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience with supermarket or retail billing will be preferred.
