Key Requirements:
Prior experience in Pan-Asian, Japanese or sushi kitchens preferred.
Valuable understanding of relevant ingredients, cooking techniques and food preparation.
Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene, consistency and quality standards.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.
