Job Overview

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Telecaller in our Banking Collection Process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, providing payment reminders, and following up to ensure timely repayments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Follow up with customers for pending dues and repayment commitments.

Explain payment details and assist customers with repayment-related queries.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment commitments.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.

Handle customer concerns professionally and politely.

Update customer information and follow-up status in the system.





Coordinate with the field collection team when required.

Job Requirements

DRA Certificate is mandatory.

Previous experience in telecalling, banking collection, or recovery is preferred.

Good CIBIL score is required.

Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Ability to handle customers professionally.

Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
