Role Overview

The HR Recuter will manage end-to-end Hiring with a focus on sales hiring and optional payroll management, and rewards & recognition (R&R;) to support a performance-driven sales workplace.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Hiring & Talent Acquisition
End-to-end recruitment for tale sales & field sales roles
Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination
Offer letters, onboarding & joining formalities
Hiring MIS and tracker management

Rewards & Recognition (Sales Teams)




Execution of monthly & quarterly R&R; programs
Sales incentive tracking & payout coordination
Top Performer awards & recognition activities

Employee Engagement
Induction & HR coordination
Grievance handling & exit formalities
HR policy adherence

Skills & Experience
1–4 years HR experience (sales setup preferred)
Robust sales hiring exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,022.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
