We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Chennai and support children with special needs through individualised therapy and developmental intervention.

Key Responsibilities
Assess children's sensory, motor, cognitive, and functional development.
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
Conduct occupational therapy sessions for children with special needs.
Work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living (ADL).
Monitor and document children's progress.
Coordinate with special educators, speech therapists, physiotherapists, parents, and caregivers.
Provide guidance to parents and caregivers on home-based activities.

Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Relevant experience in paediatric occupational therapy is preferred.
Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children with special needs.
