Learn machine operations and the masterbatch manufacturing process.
Understand raw materials, polymers, fillers, additives, and their applications.
Assist in production activities, material handling, and quality checks.
Gain exposure to Quality Control (QC), Research & Development (R&D;), and production planning.
Learn testing procedures, documentation, and maintenance of production records.
Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and housekeeping standards.
Work in different departments as assigned during the apprenticeship period.
Perform tasks under the guidance of the respective department supervisor.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of plastics and polymer technology.
Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and practical applications.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Positive observation, discipline, and teamwork.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
