Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Assistant Branch Head to oversee branch operations, business growth, collections, and team management in the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities
Handle overall branch operations and administration.
Achieve disbursement, collection, and profitability targets.
Lead and manage branch staff to improve productivity.
Ensure customer acquisition and business development activities.
Monitor loan processing, documentation, and compliance.
Maintain portfolio quality and control overdue accounts.
Ensure proper cash handling and branch security procedures.
Coordinate with higher management for branch performance updates.
Build robust customer and market relationships.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in NBFC/Banking sector.

Qualification

Any Degree
