Job Description
Valuable working knowledge of software, applications, and IT systems relevant to the role.
Proficient in operating and troubleshooting basic software and computer applications.
Ability to use hospital information systems (HIS), MS Office, email, and other relevant digital tools.
Ability to identify and resolve routine software/application-related issues or coordinate with the IT team for resolution.
Willingness to learn and adapt to current software, applications, and technology as required.
