Job Responsibility:

a) Vendors’ development.

b) Procurement of Materials for the Engineering Project, especially Steels and Electrical Items.

c) Generating Enquiry, Inviting Quotations, Preparing Comparative Statement, Negotiation and Issuing Purchase Orders.

d) Arranging Inspection and Dispatch of materials.

e) Invoicing and Process for realizing of payment.

f) Cost Analysis.

Skills & Competencies required:

a) Conversant in Engineering Products.

b) Familiar of Govt. and Public Sector Accounts Rules, Road Transport, Entry Tax and other Taxes etc.

c) Competent in operation of Computer.

d) Positive communication skill.

Educational Qualification:

a. B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

b. Relevant experience in purchase/procurement for electrical projects, installation works, or project execution.

Work experience:

a) Minimum 5 years as Purchase Officer in the same application.

Preferred qualification:

a. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Working experience in Any qualification on Material management/ware house/relevant subject will be value added.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
