Assistant Restaurant Manager, Queen Margherita’s Pizzeria, Malad, Andheri

We are hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to own the shift at our Malad restaurant. You are the Manager on Duty: the cash, the complaints and the close are signed by you.

What you will do
Reconcile sales and cash to the rupee, three times a day.
Close the restaurant: settlement, deposit and handover by 12:30 AM.
Decide comps, refunds and discounts, each with a written reason.
Give every complaint an owner and a deadline, and take the reliable ones yourself.
Check deliveries and explain stock variance every week.

What we look for
Three years or more in restaurants, with at least one year closing a shift and handling cash on your own.
You are exact with numbers and comfortable with a billing system and its reports.
You never adjust a figure to make it match. You find the reason and write it down.
Hindi and working English.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
