Position: Building Maintenance In-Charge

Berkley Hyundai is looking for a responsible, technically sound, and proactive Building Maintenance In-Charge to ensure the effective upkeep, safety, and smooth functioning of our dealership premises and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall maintenance of the showroom, workshop, office, and surrounding premises.
Manage electrical, plumbing, lighting, air-conditioning, and other facility-related maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, equipment, and other essential utilities.
Monitor maintenance expenses, repair schedules, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.





Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar role.
Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems.
Solid coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise staff and manage external service providers.
Good organizational skills with a responsible and hands-on approach.
Knowledge of workplace safety and preventive maintenance practices.
