Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing suitable business solutions, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate business solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
Explain company services, processes, and packages clearly to clients.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, pending follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
6 month –3 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
