Job Summary

Tirupati Balajee is looking for skilled and passionate Indian & Continental Chefs to join its hospitality team in Indore. The ideal candidates should have knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food presentation, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.

Candidates specializing in either Indian cuisine or Continental cuisine are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian or Continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistent taste, food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage food preparation and ensure timely service.
Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper food storage.
Minimize food wastage and assist with kitchen inventory management.




Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow kitchen safety procedures and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Relevant experience in Indian or Continental cuisine, as per company requirements.
Valuable knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and food presentation.
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.
