Develop and execute strategies to establish long-term academic and institutional partnerships.
Promote the company's skilled training, certification, and career-focused programs through university partnerships.
Explore opportunities for student training programs, workshops, career development initiatives, certification programs, internships, and other institutional collaborations.
Manage the complete partnership cycle, including prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, closure, and relationship management.




Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and commitments made to partner institutions.
Identify opportunities to generate student enrollments and revenue through university partnerships.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing partner institutions and identify prospects to expand the relationship.
Maintain accurate records of partnerships, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Achieve assigned partnership, lead-generation, and revenue targets.
Attend university events, career fairs, education exhibitions, networking events, and other relevant activities to develop new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and identify potential universities and institutions for strategic collaboration.
