Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our social media presence, develop marketing strategies, and increase brand awareness and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, stories, and promotional posts.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging content.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising budgets.
Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports,



and optimise campaigns.
Ensure consistent branding and timely publishing across platforms.
Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to promote events, projects, and brand activations.

Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of content strategy, audience targeting, and lead generation.
Robust communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
