Roles & Responsibility

Purpose:

To build and manage customer community post-handover, ensuring engagement, exclusivity, and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:
Build and run exclusive customer communities across delivered projects.
Collaborate with brands to offer perks, loyalty programs, and lifestyle partnerships.
Plan and execute customer engagement activities and events.
Coordinate with estate managers for smooth functioning of amenities.
Track and report community satisfaction and engagement levels.

Requirements

Skills:
Solid networking and relationship management.
Customer engagement and event management.
Ability to create partnerships with lifestyle brands.

Academics:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, PR, or Marketing.
Luxury Brand/Customer Loyalty certifications a plus.

Preferred Source Sectors:
Concierge services (Les Concierges, Quintessentially, Club Concierge), loyalty clubs (Marriott Bonvoy, Taj InnerCircle, DLF Clubs, premium gymkhana/golf clubs), lifestyle loyalty programs.
