Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage its experience centre, assist walk-in and scheduled customers, demonstrate products, and convert enquiries into sales. Candidates with experience in home automation, smart home solutions, home improvement, or technical products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage walk-in customers and scheduled appointments at the experience centre.
Demonstrate products and explain features, perks, and suitable solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain the showroom's presentation, product displays, and overall experience.
Handle customer queries, complaints,



and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and back-office teams for quotations, reporting, and order follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or MBA; candidates from any discipline may apply.
1–4 years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
Robust communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Experience in home automation, smart home products, building supplies, or technical products is preferred.
Positive follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
