Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Rajaram CNC jewellery machines as per production requirements.
Set up jobs, fixtures, cutters, tools and machine parameters before production.
Load and unload gold or other jewellery components safely and accurately.
Operate CNC machines for bangle, ring and jewellery cutting/faceting applications.
Read and understand CAD/CAM designs, drawings and job instructions.
Set speed, feed, depth, axis movement and cutting parameters according to the job.
Check first-piece samples and ensure dimensions, design and finish meet specifications.
Monitor machine performance during production and identify abnormalities.
Perform basic tool changes, machine adjustments and routine maintenance.




Minimize metal wastage and ensure proper collection/recovery of precious-metal chips and dust.
Maintain accurate production records and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and jewellery quality standards.
Coordinate with CAD designers, production supervisors and quality teams for smooth production.
