Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and HR administration.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace setting.
Prepare HR reports and maintain company policies and documentation.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
Assist with statutory compliance and company rules.
Manage exit formalities, full-and-final documentation, and exit interviews.




Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR software.
Robust organizational and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of labour laws and payroll processes will be an advantage.
Ability to work from the Kharar location.
