We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage daily production and assembly operations, supervise manpower, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities.
Manage manpower and allocate work to operators.
Supervise assembly line operations.
Maintain product quality and reduce rejection.
Monitor shop-floor activities and resolve production issues.




Implement Kaizen and 5S practices.
Ensure workplace safety and production efficiency.
Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams.
