Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and location preferences.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and interviewers for feedback and selection updates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview conversion, and joining ratios.
Minimum 4+ years of experience required
