Job Role: Sales Executive - Motor Insurance (Telecalling)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate motor insurance sales.
Promote and sell motor insurance policies for Cars over the phone.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Explain policy features, perks, coverage, and premium details to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling. Experience in motor insurance sales will be preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and fluent English.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Excellent salary + incentives provided

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
