Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and business summaries.
Use MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify discrepancies or trends.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting processes.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company data.
Generate ad hoc reports as required by management.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and advanced Excel formulas.




Knowledge of Pivot Tables, charts, dashboards, and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is an added advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Experience
Experienced: 2–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or reporting operations preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
