About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Contact potential clients and introduce company products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert them into customers.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other required documents.
Meet business development and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Attend client meetings, calls,



and business discussions as required.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented approach.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to generate and convert leads.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

Eligibility
Any Graduate / relevant qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
Candidates with strong communication and client-handling skills are preferred.
Must be comfortable working on-site in Nashik.
