Job Description
Shall report to the Shift In-charge or Production Manager in their absence.
Shall plan production activities in consultation with the Production Manager/Shift In-charge.
Shall ensure department, premises, and equipment maintenance as per SOP and GMP requirements.
Shall ensure proper operation and cleaning of equipment as per SOP.
Shall report deviations and incidents to the concerned superior.
Shall ensure proper labelling in the assigned area as per SOP.
Shall ensure manufacturing activities comply with approved procedures.
Shall verify Batch Production and Control Records (BPCRs) and related documents.
Shall ensure timely updating and maintenance of production records.
Shall implement and follow up on CAPA under superior guidance.
Shall coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.




Shall ensure line clearance before commencing operations.
Shall coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance for breakdowns and CAPA.
Shall communicate manpower requirements to the superior.
Shall perform in-process checks as per approved specifications.
Shall ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance in the Production Department.
Shall ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
Shall ensure productive utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Shall supervise operators and workers under his/her control.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
