JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented Sales Representative to handle property enquiries, build customer relationships, conduct site visits, and convert leads into successful bookings while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads from digital marketing, property portals, referrals, social media, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, locations, and property preferences.
Conduct customer calls, follow-ups, property presentations, and site visits.
Explain property features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and project details.
Build customer relationships, negotiate within approved terms, and close sales.
Coordinate property bookings, KYC documents, and payment confirmations.
Maintain accurate customer details, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, accounts, documentation, and site teams.




Prepare daily sales reports and share customer feedback and market insights.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate preferred; 12th-pass candidates may be considered based on experience.
1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
Real estate, banking, automobile, or financial product sales experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Odia and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Familiarity with the Bhubaneswar property market is preferred.
