1.Shade Matching & Lab Approvals: Oversee lab-to-bulk shade development, color matching under standard light boxes and client/buyer shade approvals.
2..Process & Recipe Control: Verify dyeing machine parameters, chemical and dye recipes, liquor ratios, and cycle times before batch execution.
3.Chemical & Dye Dispensing: Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, and dispensing of dyes and chemicals as per approved batch cards.
4.In-Process Monitoring: Track temperature, pressure, pH curves, and flow reversal cycles during active dyeing runs.
5.Documentation: Maintain daily production logs, batch cards, stock registers, and shift handover records.
6.Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain clean, secure machine and floor areas; report mechanical or electrical faults immediately to the maintenance team.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
