Role Description The Writer & Creative Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for conceiving, writing, and leading creative across performance ads, micro dramas, content systems, and brand campaigns. This role develops narrative concepts and creative strategies for growth-focused projects, translates client goals into transparent story frameworks, and writes scripts, hooks, and copy tailored to different platforms and formats.

The Writer & Creative Director collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to refine creative directions, provide constructive feedback, and ensure each piece aligns with brand voice and growth objectives.

Day-to-day work includes researching audience and market dynamics,



generating and iterating on creative tests, overseeing execution from first draft through final deliverables, and using performance data to improve future concepts. The role also involves maintaining high creative standards, guiding visual and tonal decisions, and helping systematize storytelling approaches that can scale across multiple campaigns and shows.

Qualifications

- Strong Writing and Creative Writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling scripts, hooks, and narrative concepts for performance and brand-focused content.
- Experience in Web Content Writing and digital storytelling, including adapting ideas to different platforms, formats, and audience segments.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and present creative directions clearly to stakeholders.
- Solid Research skills to understand audience behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning, and to translate insights into creative strategy.
- Background in creative direction, content strategy, or copywriting for performance marketing, entertainment, or consumer brands.
- Ability to interpret and use performance data to refine creative decisions and optimize for growth outcomes such as CAC and engagement.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and managing multiple projects from concept through delivery.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and an interest in experimenting with new production workflows is a plus.
