Principal Consultant/Solution Architect – with strong experience into Workday Payroll and Workday Compensation

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and design for Workday Payroll and Compensation modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.

Configure and optimize payroll and compensation processes.

Drive integrations, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, governance, and best practices.

Provide technical leadership and mentor implementation teams.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Workday Payroll and Compensation.

Expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, and security.

Experience in solution architecture, design reviews, and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting.

Solid consulting and problem-solving skills.

Position 2: Senior Workday Extend Resource

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Workday Extend.

Build custom business solutions leveraging Workday APIs and services.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Perform testing, deployment,



and production support activities.

Develop reusable components and maintain technical documentation.

Optimize application performance and security.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend.

Experience with Workday APIs, integrations, and Studio.

Knowledge of Workday HCM and business processes.

Experience developing custom enterprise applications.

Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Position 3: Junior Workday Extended Resource

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining Workday Extend applications.

Support application enhancements, testing, and deployments.

Work with senior developers to understand business and technical requirements.

Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Prepare technical documentation and support materials.

Follow development standards and best practices.

Required Skills

Basic to intermediate experience with Workday Extend.

Understanding of Workday HCM fundamentals.

Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and business process concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
