Role Summary:
The Workday HCM Project Manager will lead Workday implementations and manage delivery teams across HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of Workday HCM implementations
- Functional leadership across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Advantages, etc.
- Client stakeholder management and delivery governance
- Team leadership and solution oversight
- Support pre-sales and account growth initiatives
Required Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of Workday HCM experience
- Workday certification (mandatory)
- Experience in multiple Workday HCM modules (minimum 2)
- Strong project management and client engagement skills
