About the Role

We are looking for Windows System Administrators (L1/L2) with experience in MSP environments, capable of managing and supporting multiple client domains, networks, and IT infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and administration across multiple client domains and IT environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Handle user account management, domain-related issues, permissions, and server administration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage technical support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Perform server monitoring, patch management, backup checks, and routine maintenance.
- Provide remote support to international clients and manage multiple client environments simultaneously.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Windows System Administration / IT Infrastructure Support.
- Previous experience working with an MSP or supporting multiple client environments is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with multiple domains, Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, virtualisation, and remote support tools.
- Robust troubleshooting and ticket-handling capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work a US shift.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who has handled multiple client domains and diverse IT infrastructure environments in an MSP setup, with strong technical and international client-handling skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
