Reporting To: Operations Head

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Sundays

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with exposure to the salon or spa industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee grooming standards, training, statutory compliance and regular visits to salon outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee-related activities.

- Conduct regular visits to salon outlets to monitor HR practices and grooming standards.

- Ensure employees adhere to professional grooming, hygiene and service standards.





- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programmes.

- Monitor statutory compliance, including PF, gratuity and other applicable labour laws.

- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across all outlets.

- Coordinate with salon managers and operational teams on employee-related matters.

- Support employee engagement, attendance management and grievance handling.

Note: The role will be primarily based at the Santacruz Head Office, with regular visits to the salon outlets as required. Travelling expenses for Train, Auto or cab will be re-imubursed.
